Hayden has been associated with High Performance engines and racing all his life including Karting, Speedway, V8 Supercars, and the biodiesel supertruck series which in 2007 on his first drive of a superlight truck won his first race and also broke the Mallala superlight truck record on his 3rd race lap! then made a clean sweep at the next round at Oran Park!!
